I was attracted to the programme due to the small class size and the mix of strategy, innovation and interaction with industry captains from diverse fields from Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Myanmar, China etc, each with plentiful of industry experience. The assignments in most of the modules were based on real-world case studies and we even got to present our findings to the professors whom themselves are real life industry practitioners. The materials that were taught in the IEMBA programme is a crucial enabler of innovation and operational efficiency for organisations in an age where digitalisation is an asset. The knowledge and experience I have gained on this programme, without a doubt, has propel my management perspective by leaps and bounds. Thanks to IEMBA, many of our cohort mates, have become life-long friends. The IEMBA programme is truly a reflection on life-long learning journey, both in career up-scaling and in life.
