OVERVIEW
In this module, learners are guided on problems/projects evaluation needing the company to invest resources and the benefits associated with that investment. Since projects are not instant gratification, learners are guided with a framework for thinking about evaluation and decision making. This module will be very useful for learners in terms of personal ventures or professional careers.

- Describe the importance of evaluation criteria in Decision Making.
- Apply the decision-making processes in evaluating a project selection and or selecting a solution.
- Evaluate the impact decision on the overall performance of the organisation in terms of financial and non‐financial inclusive of associated risks.
- Apply the appropriate implementation strategy to achieve the organisational goals.
